I had to do a quick overnight stay with my daughter. We both enjoyed the clean accommodations and enjoyed having starbucks. It was so convenient with parking. Great service from the front desk to the reservation.
Room service spilled my breakfast on the floor. I ordered one breakfast and was charged $30. It was cold and not edible. It should have been free. Did not receive extra coffee pods as requested. Food in the restaurant is awful.😞 amenities were skimpy.

Nicely decorated in modern decor, clean, close to a variety of restaurants and attractions.
Hotel is clean, beautiful, comfortable and has the nicest staff you’d ever want to meet.

A design issue with the bed frame, wood frame exposed at foot corners creates a leg injury problem. Parking lot was over run with sewer discharge from man holes. Making it difficult to get the car.

We stayed over the weekend of our high school reunion. Staff was responsive and helpful. Room clean. Food and drink in restaurant and lounges was excellent. We had a 10th floor riverside room wonderful view of the river, bridges, the Ashland landing and monuments.
