We had very good service at check in, our bed was WONDERFUL, best night sleep. Charlie, in the kitchen was the best. He made decaf coffee for my husband. He visited every morning with us like we were old friends.
We had to make a stay due to a home remodel. After making reservations for a less preferred room with the central call line from online, when we arrived early in the morning, the person at the desk found a more perfectly suitable room for us with handicap accessibility. We couldn't have been more surprised and pleased! And they had good morning pastries and coffee!
This hotel was so smelly and had such old nasty carpeting and paint jobs. The elevator made me so nervous because there were no lights on telling you what floor you were on, etc. The room was better than the main areas, but still just average. The only good point was that the bed was comfortable.
