My husband almost fell because the shower curt allowed water to spill on floor .No fan so mirror was all steamed. Having the light switch in the restroom makes fir a dangerous situation once the barn door is closed ..Poor planning when it came to the restroom and the shower that is another problem since you have to solve how to turn on the water .I will never again stay there .I truly feel that we overpaided but did not have any other choice..no one listened.

Unable to utilize pool, no hot water in shower, at best warm. Accidently left jacket in room after checkout, called hotel they stated they had the jacket was holding it but I had to fill out a form in order to have it returned. Just received an email that the jacket can not be located. Obviously it was never investigated. Absolutely disappointed.
The hotel was highly overrated and incredibly noisy children running all over the place food debris all over the floors the elevator was even littered with maple syrup. When I reported the poor quality to the counter help, they seemed very disconnected and uncaring highly recommend everyone choose a different establishment train embassy suites with our dollars not our reviews.
We came to celebrate our 56th wedding anniversary. The room was ok. The restaurant food was delicious. Bar was great. We had a great time in Monterey.
Very clean and comfortable bed. Employees are nice and helpful. Food was great. I will definitely stay again!
