Room service spotty, it should be at least partial everyday. Great basement restaurant but no service on patio (lack of staff?). Rooms awesome, elevator system fast and unique. Pleasant staff. Third party reservation company pops up first when I googled hotel. You should be first, I paid too much frustrating. Id give it another try.
We had 8 rooms, plus 14 person dinner in the Bissell room. All revolved around a memorial service on Saturday and served us extremely well. Thank you to all involved especially the chef and staff on floor 12 Saturday evening.
