Like having my room refreshed with clean towels, bed made garbage dumped, coffee and fixing replenished, Bed and pilllows were amazingly comfortable. It was really nice to have our room next to our friends.
It's been about five years since my last visit to Hollywood Lawrenceburg. Missed the buffet and the bottom level. However, we had a good lunch at the Eatery and a good dinner, with a nice selection at ESPN. We all did okay at the slots, which is a bonus. Rooms were clean and we were able to get connecting rooms. It was disappointing that we couldn't get early check in and we couldn't check our bags, while we played, before we could get rooms. We had to haul everything back out to the car, before we could head to the Casino. Just to come back two hours later and haul everything back in to get our rooms.
The room was comfortable, clean and very surprising train going close by in the morning!
It was a peaceful and joyful time of celebration for my wife and I. Low toilet prevented perfect score. We will still return soon. Thank you.

Stayed two nights and were told there was a shortage of towels for the second day. Need some place to get food. It’s a long walk to go to the casino for coffee and a muffin in the morning. Entire place smells of cigarette smoke.
As the last time I stayed, the computers were locked up and it took awhile to check in.
My first time here, would love to stay again!
Enjoyed the visit; however, book thru the phone # they had on google and it sent me to Expedia which I was unaware of. The hotel refused to give me a refund even tho I had a voucher for a free room. Said I went thru a 3rd party to book it so they couldn’t honor my voucher. BEWARE when booking a room. I was not, at any time, informed I was going thru a 3rd party!
Terrible
Great hotel and staff. Grounds kept up well and was there Saturday after independence day. Very pleased and will be going back.
