Very pleased with our stay at Brookstone Fort Dodge. The staff was very friendly, they had a nice breakfast offering and the overall appearance of the hotel was new and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed we had a large group, had a mouse in our room and couldn’t get anyone to help us they said they would stop in Wednesday to give new towels and change garbage that never happened when we ask the front desk the answer was “I dont know” it’s a clean place and I’m sure the people the three told that had a mouse in their rooms was probably due to the everyone sitting outside and constantly coming in and out that side door, but still they could have acted like they cared. Our team will be looking for anothe place to.
