The facility was clean and up to date.
Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast.
Only suggestion we have is floors should not be carpeted. Visible stains gave impression that it was not clean even though it felt clean.
We made reservations. We were told we had a first floor room, as we requested. Our dog has only three legs and it's easier being on the first floor. When we arrived we were advised that room was no longer available. We did not arrive late for the room to have been given to someone else. We were given a room on the second floor. We have stayed at this hotel before so I did not think I had to check it out right away. After we took care of our dog, picked up some dinner and started to get settled for the evening. This is when we noticed a desk chair that had some rips in the upholstery. Checking the bathroom the shower floor in the corners and at the shower door did not appear clean. The wallpaper was pulling away from the wall at the floor. We have plans to travel more this year however I assure you We will NOT be staying at your Hotel again. We thought your standards were better than that.

I could almost call this a perfect room and hotel. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, the lobby was immaculate and check in was easy.
