The room was very clean.
Compared to our stay yesterday at the Hampton inn in Richmond KY, this was very disappointing. We usually stay at Hampton Inns and for the most part have been pleased. This hotel is not well maintained (chalking in the bathroom) Rooms (we tried 2) smell like dogs. Stingy on towels and the carpets feel unclean. (probably because of the dogs in the rooms). Our booking process was very poor. I could not book on line and went through a 'Support' process and ended up with the wrong dates booked on a non refundable basis. That was very frustrating. We may go back to using Country Inn and suites. We assumed that the Hampton hotels would be a class up? Not the case today. No where in our booking process were we told that this was a pet friendly hotel.
Clean and good place to stay.
I killed two roach bugs in our room while we stay there one night.
We decided to drive home after the event we were attending that evening. The only person that I was able to speak with could not help me with my name and date of reservation. Since I could not access my itinerary number I was not able to cancel and subsequently had to pay for the room. Hotel reservations have become impersonal and difficult to manage and yours is no exception.
Grand! Going to stay again.

My stay was very nice and the person at the front desk was very helpful. I had a problem with the TV and she came right down and fixed it for me. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay at this location again.
We enjoyed our stay and so did our dog! They have a really nice dog park and he loved it. We will be staying there again when we head back to our home in Florida!
Upon checking in, my room had a musty odor, TV did not work and air conditioner did not cool the room. Called the front desk and attendant said someone would check on that the next morning. Towels smelled like mildew, carpet was damp the next morning, when returning for our second night, room smell had not improved, room was hot, towels had not been removed from the room. At this point we decided to check out and not stay another night. This hotel needs work all around!
It was 105 degrees during our stay, we need clean towels and trash emptied daily.
