The room was comfortable and well appointed.
Hotel is centrally located with good outside lighting. Breakfast had many cold and hot options. Room was clean.
We stayed at this hotel, in a two queen room on the 3rd floor, for two nights over a February weekend. The hotel felt safe with good lightening outside and inside. Our room was clean but around the outside of the tub was dirt. The beds were spring beds that I thought hotels had updated to a memory foam or hybrid. The first night we had no air or heat in the room. I discussed this with the front desk and they put a new wall control unit. Unfortunately the heat worked but not the cool air meaning it was extremely warm in the room. I told the desk again at exit but this did not seem to concern them. The back outside door key card entrance was not working on day two or when we left. No sign was in place so we and others had to call to have it opened by staff. The bathroom was spacious and water pressure was good. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items. The staff were semi friendly, meaning some acknowledged us and others did not. The hotel is undergoing construction but we were only there at night so the sounds did not disturb us. We travel to this area at least once a year but will find another hotel next time.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Beautiful place. Will come back again!
