Service desks clerks were nice and helpful. It was a nice clean place to stay.
TV didn’t work, but it was closed, man and woman fighting all night. No sleep had to get up this morning for early opening up a store. I would like to get half of my money back for that.
First room we refused not clean outside door terrible. The room we stayed in sink faucet was about to fall off overall furniture was wore out and dirty. One elevator not working and permit in one working was a year out of date. Carpet in halls dirty and wore out. I bought a rv years ago because of situations like this but unfortunately we were not able to use it this trip. Never had room cleaned or trash taken out. Had to ask for clean linen every day. Front desk was good. Only good thing was hot shower and tv. I would recommend taken a dozer to the place and starting over again.
Ms. Dawn and Ms. Mallisa provided great customer service and ensured all my needs were met. They filled me in on what shops and restaurants were available within the area. Hotel was clean and well stocked. Hotel maintenance and housekeeping staff was respectful supplied all my needs. This is my fourth day here and I am completely satisfied with my experience and look forward to residing here next time I'm in the area. I hope their courtesy, professionalism and commitment continues as they grow their business.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly!
No wi fi for five days. Had to leave bldg to connect.
bathroom sink hot water ran VERY slow. Bathtub drained slow, leaving residue in the tub. No microwave in room.
Beautiful, clean room. Nice continental breakfast.
