When we first arrived there was no Air condition. It was so hot in the hotel that the workers were sweating. The first room they put us in smelled so bad of mildew. Then I asked to switch rooms because my son if very allergic to things like that. They did give us a different room as soon as they could. The pool was closed the whole time we stayed here. Which stunk because it was over 90°. The only good thing was the restaurant that is very close Smokey Bones! I’m not sure if I would stay here again.
This was a very good experience; no issues. The staff was polite and efficient, the facility and room were very clean.
