We only stay at Hampton Inn when traveling. We booked at Bowling Green. First of all the area where the coffee is made had coffee all over the wall. The shower dripped all night. Mold up in the corner. When Charlie took his shower he had the water all the way on hot. It was at the best Luke warm. No pressure. When you used the toilet you had to hold the handle down until it completely flushed. The breakfast was awful. Sausage had a green tinge to it. Didn’t even try that. The oatmeal was cold. I put butter on it and it didn’t even melt. We were down to eat just before 8 and most containers were empty. Very disappointed. We checked into the one on college ave Milwaukee tonight and already know it’s gonna be a great experience.
Room was clean and the breakfast was great.
All staff were helpful and available. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were ready and clean. Check in and check out was easy.

Clean rooms but towels and shower definitely need updating. Good location for our travels to Florida. Friendly staff and close to walkable dining.
The staff was very polite and professional. Made you feel at home.
Booked the hotel for the pool mainly. was not notified that the pool was out of order till we arrived.Only stayed one night instead of 2. Cancelled the one night got no refund. Not amused and wont be back.
When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly desk clerk and our room was clean and comfortable.
