Always nice to stay in a pet friendly hotel, found the breakfast area to be extremely tight quarters and the refrigerator had been removed from our room 🙁.

The room was clean. The comforter seemed fairly worn and the pillows were an odd shape. It would have received a better score, however we were not given the room we asked for. That morning I had called to see if I could request a certain room (next to friends). They said of course I could it would be no problem. When we arribed for check in they had us in a different room than the one requested. It wasn't even on the same floor! I asked about the one I had requested. She said it "wasn't released". VERY DISAPPOINTING.
The carpet was old and dingy, sheets were yellow, toilet too short, the desk couldn’t give me my cost because it went thru an outside co. The hotel needs new updating for the cost, we will not stay again.
My only complaint is that we could not get our TV working. We went down to the front desk and they gave us a new remote. It did not work so we were not able to turn on the TV during our stay. They could not fix it and did not try.
