The only thingmy son has MS he needed a walk in shower with a shower chair. The staff did a great job for Clint they found a chair that work outfine. Thank you for all your help. We eat bk there it was very good.once again thank you.
Very friendly professional staff. We were allowed early check-in. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of parking. We spent three nights, due to all my treatments, and it made a difference, at the end of each day, to stay at a friendly, quiet, clean hotel. I have more treatments to go-- we will be back,.
Everything is great except one of the main breakfast items (eg. Eggs) are gone at 8 and not ready until 8:30. It is something different everyday (coffee, potatoes, sausage). It would be easy to excuse if you were coming to breakfast very early or at the last moment. It’s not a one off.

We spoke to front desk and they did nothing to correct the situation.

I'm a 67 year old women who has never booked a hotel or stayed n a hotel alone. We live in the country and I've not driven in Pittsburgh Pa alone. On 9/1/24 I had to drive my husband to the emergency room at Presby Hospital in Pittsburgh PA which is 2hrs away. I stayed in the ER overnight the first. After being told my husband would need surgery I knew I have get a room over night which turned in to 3nights. The first night I check in, this Country Bumkin was greeted by Pierre at the service desk. He spoke to me and was so nice. If I ever have to go to Presby Hospital again I most definitely go back to Hampton Inns.
