They had one front desk attendant. Overwhelmed. Pool cloudy and freezing, so didnt swim. They said they were "working on it" yet allowing people to swim in disgusting pool and deck. Garbage piled in hallway..food and substance on floor in hallway and i. Elevator. Breakfast not great. Wouldn't stay there again. Request a refund!
We stayed only one night; hotel associates were very knowledgeable and happy to help. Breakfast was plentiful, with something for everyone. We will come again.
Only one little wire trash can in room without a bag in it. The sheets and bed cover were so over starched that it was like sleeping under a crinkly old plastic shower curtain. There was old take out food in the fridge? The night staff gentleman was nice as I checked in after midnight. Like the noon checkout. Breakfast was okay but should go to at least 10 am with the noon checkout.

The staff was super and extremely well mannered! My only complaint is I booked this hotel for the indoor pool commodity and sadly it is not a heated pool. I should have researched further as I would have stayed elsewhere since my son and I were extremely excited to swim in the pool, but to our demise, it was ice cold. I know it’s farther to asked for the pool to be heated and not something I should expect, but the pool complaint is for a corporate level and something far out of the staffs duties or responsibility. I’m sure the staff get complaints all the time about the pool and have to listen to the complaints while corporate does nothing. The staff is wonderful, polite and understanding. As a 13 BILLION dollar company, I hope Hyatt can add some heat to their pools and accommodate their guests (and staff who gets complaints) to a higher level. Next time I will stay at a Hilton, just for the heated pool. Call me a Karen if you must, but I wanted to swim :).
