Great experience at this Hyatt. Friendly staff, very clean room and excellent breakfast. Better buffet than most places.
Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great decor and suite. Our room was spacious and quiet. Yummy Sunday breakfast. Lots of shopping and restaurants across the street.
Was told pool was heated when I made reservations and arrived it is ice cold. Dirty blanket, no hot water first night. However staff was great and breakfast as well.
After freezing for four hours and constant in and out of maintenance people they gave up and brought us two space heaters that took hours to warm the room to thw point of being able To get out frunder the blankets.

Hotel was good. Did not like showing my room number to the world on the dash of my vehicle. I thought I was using Haytt's app to sign in, but it was the hotel app instead. This app charged me double the rate.
Very good stay. Front desk person was incredible!
