Pleasant atmosphere and staff. Our room was bright and well arranged. Love the separate living space. After our departure, my wife notice she had lost an earring. I called the hotel and they retrieved the earring! I was very impressed. It could have been sold for the value, but the honesty of the staff prevailed. It gives me faith in your policies and the quality of staff!
The two working the bar and front desk were so nice. The cheeseburgers we had were delicious. The bar only had a few opened bottles (less than 10), so a trip to the liquor store is much needed.
Never stay there again.

A great stay at this Hyatt. The staff was exceptional during our stay. We were in a rush leaving and my 17 year old left his air pods in our room. We were thankful that they made arrangements to mail them to our home instead of us having to return to Jackson from Columbus.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, usually around the Christmas holiday. The room I stayed in this time had more space than usual, which was most notable in the bathroom. The room was very comfortable. However, breakfast was supposed to be served by 7:00 and at 7:30 the only hot food available was undercooked bacon. Hence the missing star. Had breakfast been on time, it would have been a five star stay.
