I was really disappointed in the housekeeper staff’s preparation for the next guests!
We plan on coming back.
My fiancé and I reserved a jacuzzi suite online ahead of time on Ramada Tropics Resort website for a getaway with our 9 month old. We are almost a two hour drive away. When we arrived to check in the prices changed to $89 instead of $141 that was charged on my card already and we didn’t understand why. We get checked into our room and comes to find out it’s because we did not have a jacuzzi suite like we had reserved ahead of time we had a regular pool side room. We go back to the front desk asking why we did not get the room we reversed ahead of time on their website. The front desk lady informed us that is because they are unavailable today due to them being short staffed on house keeping satff and they had no one to clean the jacuzzi suite rooms. She offered us a full refund. We were very disappointed in driving almost two hours away with a 9 month old, spending all day in des monies then checking in for the evening to not even have the room we reserved. We are suppose to be getting our full refund back onto my debit card before midnight tonight. The two front desk ladies were very nice though.
TV didn’t work, no phone in the room and shower did not work as well. Disappointed.

Not really wanting to go back. Not told when the water park is open. Always told it was closed room had holes in carpet. The food I ordered smelled like Cigarette smoke. Didn't taste right. Never getting a room by the pool. Ect..
When we were checking in, two different people came down complaining about how their rooms were not clean. This made me very on edge. The hotel was so loud, even at 10 11 pm. There was a barking dog and a lot of commotion outside the rooms on the outside of hotel. I will not be back here.
Room very clean. Swimming fun. Continental breakfast poor. Not ready until 7:30. Tables sticky. Poor voice of food. No eggs, waffles etc.
Won't be back. Loved the water park. Terrible manager Erica Mann. Rude," it ain't my motel " ! Was her response.
