I got a last minute reservation at the Best Western Plus Rancho Cordova for four nights. The front desk person was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed and the breakfast was above average. Would stay there again.
Was well taken care of I rested well. I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with a great many choices of beverages. I enjoyed the pool.

Pros: The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast had great protein options even vegis in one of the egg options. Con: The facilities and rooms are rundown and not particularly comfortable.

I saw a room cleaner around 11:20 a.m. and gave her $5 to come back to clean my room. I came back at 9 p.m. after spending the with my mother in law. We lost my wife of 40+ years last February. I don't understand why my room didn't get cleaned. This happened last year too. I like this hotel. The staff is good. Food is good. House cleaning sucks. I the price, which isn't cheap, but I like the place and the location. I'm coming up later this year, mother inlaw is 90. Not sure if I will stay here. Don't get it. My son and I don't treat people bad.
