Staff is extremely polite and helpful! We did not like the room at all and will not stay at an Aloft again.
The hotel was nice. When we entered our room we found ear plugs and we realized why they were there. Our window overlooked the interstate and the windows were not soundproof. We did not rest well. I feel we should have been told when we checked in. This was a pricey room and it was not restful. We stay at a lot of Marriotts and this one is not a place you can sleep.
Breakfast is an additional fee. It is made to order and fresh every day.
