Over all, my stay was very pleasant and the staff members were all very courteous. There were a few things about the room that I felt need to be addressed such as no cover/stopper in the bathroom sink, no control knobs on the A/C unit. I had to ask the front desk how to turn it off without unplugging the unit from the wall. The front desk clerk mentioned that units without knobs had been hard wired with a thermostat. I did finally find the thermostat, but it wasn't in a place where it would be noticed easily. The plumbing or water pressure should be checked because the pipes rattled when I turned on the hot water. Another guest I spoke to said that the pipes in their unit did the same. Being short of stature, I found it difficult to get into the bed, as it was raised up too high off the floor and the toilet was so low to the ground it looked like a child's toilet in a preschool. It was a bothersome detail, but I recently had knee surgery and had difficulty with sitting and getting up. Just little annoyances, but you asked. I would stay at the hotel again, as your staff were attentive and courteous at all times, the breakfast fare was great and the building design is very appealing.
