Staying at Brent House Hotel is very convenient. With it being connected to the hospital, it's only one stop.
My air in my room wasn’t working correctly. Had to turn on 89 just to get it where it would blow warm air instead of cold. My toilet wouldn’t flush correctly even after I had to take the back off and fix a tubing that came out.
Customer support misled me while making my reservation.They did not identify themselves as a third party ,taking reservations for Brent House even though they were asked several times if they were the hotel desk reservations. They demanded full payment with the reservation and misled me about what discount I was eligible to receive. Upon arrival, the front desk disavowed any claim for immediate payment upon reservation, quoted a senior discounted price lower than the prepaid pricing and could not adjust because it had been prepaid as directed.
