Probably the worse experience I have had in Miami. Very disappointing during check in, no bellhop to take bags upstairs, room not ready at 8pm when check in was at 3pm., Was given a temporary room while room was getting prepared and had no help in moving an entire family to the next room. Pretty disappointing when I added this hotel as a choice to stay in during my event.
Hotel THesis has luxurious beds and pillows. Room service food is exceptional. Nice, high ceilings in guest rooms. All staff were pleasant.
