The staff was excellent! The room was clean.
Upon arrival, we were notified that the indoor pool was closed. After a shift change, this message was not relayed to the PM employees. The new front desk employee told everyone that the pool was open when in fact it was not safe to swim in due to chemical imbalance. Room was extremely dirty. It was clear it had not been vacuumed. Sink was leaking. When this was brought to their attention, nothing was done about it. While checking out, I had brought my concerns/complaints up to the employee at the front desk. He made no attempt to rectify the situation. He simply looked up at me and said “thanks for letting me know”. This hotel used to be one of our favorites in North Conway. Poor customer service is ruining it.
