Met all my needs: bed, TV shower. Nice quality of all facilities. Great location. Average price (reasonable). Convenient location.
The room TV didn’t work neither did the clock / alarm. There were issues with the room itself as well. The manager tried to fix things, get the electronics working, etc… but he couldn’t. He apologized profusely but said they couldn’t give us a discount bc we booked with a third party and they couldn’t give us another room bc they were sold out. Very disappointed with our whole experience. Can you assist us with a discount for all of our troubles?.
The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was great.
