We have stayed there before, so it felt like going home to neighborhood friends. Greatly appreciated the shuttle service and tour buses. All of the staff inside and outside of the hotel were friendly, fun and helpful. They did a terrific job with all of the reunions and weddings that were in progress ! Housekeeping responded quickly when more supplies were needed. Paula at the front desk and Bella were very welcoming. "Mike" is an outstanding "bell captain." Thank you for an excellent stay ! (The location is terrific.).
Rooms are clean, smoke free, well kept older facility close to Drake which was the purpose of my visit.
The Starbucks in the hotel was good. The staff was nice.

Beautiful, very accommodating and overall excellent!
All staff was friendly and service oriented. Tip of the hat to the drivers who were willing to come in very early AM to take us to the airport. Clean room. Nice amenities. Will look to stay at Marriott again.
