Our room was very clean and I appreciate that. I wish that their communication was better internally though. I made the reservation over the phone and repeatedly asked that it be a pet friendly room and told the man we had a dog. It was not noted so we ended up on the 3rd floor. Luckily my dog is awesome and handled tge stairs we'll but it sucked going up and down stairs with a senior dog and my senior knees. She had never been in an elevator before and I didn't want to stress her out so far from home. Tge pet areas are nice and well kept. Breakfast is hotel breakfast. Room was clean and front desk lady was nice. A/C unit was very loud. A little expensive though.
