Two issues were the remote to the TV would not work. The desk clerk did come and try to fix it but couldn't. The A/C sucked big time. Did not cool down. I mentioned it at check in that the A/C hopefully worked well. The clerk said it should that they were in the process of cleaning all of the units. Apparently our room had not been checked or cleaned. I should have asked to change rooms but with three kids and a disabled husband it would have been more trouble than it was worth because most of the A/C's in the rooms were not cooling down. I will know next time to bring a fan. Breakfast was just okay. Overall we would stay there again because the staff was polite and room was clean and they welcomed our dog.
