Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful personnel. Cooper's Mill staff also was very kind and helpful.
Staff very friendly. Rooms looked clean; but, when I spilled coffee on floor by bed and wiped up with a white napkin, my napkin was black with dirt! Some kind off fans would kick on outside on roof loudly and would wake us up. Convenient restaurant and coffee bar in lobby.

The floor needed mopping and the shower curtain had mold. These were addressed immediately but for $300 + per nite it was not up to par for the Marriott. The room was not at all cozy 😊 not a picture on the wall to make you feel warm or welcome. The bathroom was beautifu As for the service at the front desk, I rate a 10 out of 10!
It’s a great location and clean and friendly. The walls are thin, we could hear the children next door at night. The shower ran out of hot water, it was a short shower.

Pleasant, modern hotel. Very nice staff. BUT…a group of preteens and parents were out of control on 7/13/24. Kids running all over lobby. Climbing on furniture. Bouncing water bottles on a coffee table. Some of the fathers had their feet with sandals on the coffee table. Same group was out of control in pool area. Parents drinking beer from cans and kids running and pushing each other. Surface of pool is very rough. Some kids had bleeding toes. No employee asked the parents to control their kids. Pool area was the worst. No rules.
