The property was welcoming and had a nice breakfast. It was clean and comfortable.
Embassy Suites on Democracy Blvd is a great place for families. The breakfast is fabulous, pool is fun, with both indoor and outdoor options and the location is great, with easy access to many things. We stayed in a corner king room that had so much space and an ouside balcony, the extra cost was worth it.
I’m an active duty Navy physician who had been residing at the Embassy Suites for four nights. The service from the employees at ES was spectacular, especially from the lovely ladies managing the omelette station at breakfast and Helen at dinner time.
Place was nice, staff was polite.

Customer Service in e every aspect; front desk, food quality, servers, hotel room amenities, hotel location were outstanding.
Room and entire hotel were clean and neat. Stall was friendly and helpful.
This has been our go to hotel for the past year. Very nice, good proximity to stores/restaurants but far enough away to avoid traffic. Excellent breakfast as well. Would recommend if you are traveling to Walter Reed Hospital.
Entire Staff Is Why It's Excellent! Yonic, Helen, Maria G, Blanca, Xuan, along with many other staff members I don't know the names of, made it an excellent stay. I especially loved the way they treated my 82 year old mother. She felt special and that is EVERYTHING.

Everyone who works there, from Yonic at the front desk to Helen at the bar and restaurant, Maria G., Blanca, Xuan, everyone in the kitchen and housekeeping were all very helpful, cheerful and very kind to my elderly mother. She felt special and I could see the way they made everyone there feel welcome and special, that it's a place worth more than gold.
Everything about our stay was great! We loved the room, the food at the restaurant, the drinks and the grounds and staff. We had a pet with us and the pet friendly environment was fantastic! If we ever make it back to Bethesda, MD, we will definitely stay there again!
A good stay. Breakfast is very good. The Staff at the bar and breakfast place are very pleasant and helpful. Reception desk are also welcoming.

This is probably my favorite embassy suites, fabulous breakfast buffet and five pm complimentary drinks and snack ! When back in the area this will always be my first choice!
