Our room was acceptable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Place was dirty, debris under our bed, bathtub had strands of hair in it, pool was dirty and cloudy. Very disappointed. Will not be using and hotels related to Wyndham.
The pleasantness of the workers made us want to come back.

Very old, no heat in the halls, toilet wouldn't stop running, mold all over bathroom walls, bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, TV remote wouldn't change channels, black handprints all over the door, pillows are flat, after three days had to ask for more towels. The locals even told us not to stay there as we were walking in.
No hot water, smelly hallway, room had falling carpet edges. Pool filthy dirty no hot tub water 1/4 full in hot tub. No breakfast. Was not offered to be moved to another room.
