The front desk was very helpful. I would not recommend to a friend or family. Breakfast needs to improve their quality. Coffee was awful. Food was awful no flavor,. House keeping didn’t get the room cleaned always had to go to front desk. We have been staying with you for 10 years and this was the worse stay. Your prices went up and the service went way down.
Stayed here one night with a group (block of rooms). The rooms are outdated, run down and dirty. It was too gross to even shower. We had to go shopping for bedding because we didn't want to touch the sheets. During our stay, some poor women dropped down dead. Police and ambulance were on scene. The walls are paper thin and we heard someone passing gas in the next room. all night!
Seems the heating elements may need to be replaced, every time the heat kicked on it sounded like someone was blasting through it door. Also the oark and fly this year was awful. They were 20 minutes late picking us up and gave us a bag breakfast to go. It was awful.
