The Quality Inn inn Lake George met our expectations. We were welcomed by Krsto, a friendly, clear speaking, warm, educated and focused young man. He was on top of every question we had and even worked with us when we thought the beds were smaller than we thought they were. Any question we had whether to do with his cultural background or the hotel's amenities was fully addressed and we had no question as to how our stay would be. Whenever we crossed paths with him, a friendly greeting and inquiry of our stay was stated and anything we wanted to know about Lake George was answered fully, clearly and truthfully. The accommodations were as advertised and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Krsto gave us every reason top consider coming back to the Quality Inn.
So much beauty is shown in the grounds, pool and firepit, decorative gas lights and water feature. This setting made for a relaxinng enjoyable time.The staff are all very friendly and knowledgable of the area. The room was neat and clean.
Everything was clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub were great. Easy walk to town.
