We booked this hotel because it's right across the street from the Rocket Arena. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was up to date and very clean. Will definitely stay again if we have another event to attend in this area.

Just a nice place to stay, have stayed here a few times and would definitely recommend! Love the location for sporting events and it is close to the Jack Casino.

Our checkin time was supposed to be 4pm so when we arrived at 550 and we were told our room (among many others) were not ready we were disappointed. We were told they were not sure how long it would Be, but if we were willing to take a single king instead of a double it may be quicker (15 20 min). We agreed to this. Over an hour later I went to check on the status to be told a single king was ready if we would take that. Upon entering the room we walked in to find not a single king, but a single full size bed. After a back and forth with the employee about the bed was in fact not a king size bed they moved our room. Our new room was a king size bed, but it seemed as if the air conditioning was not working, it was 80 degrees and extremely muggy in the room. Overall it’s a cute hotel with a great location, but overall pretty run down and poorly run.
Very comfortable room with sofa and king bed. Nice walk-in shower. Lots of drawer and closet space. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Huge TV. We would stay here again!
