There's just a lot of little things that need addressing: i.e., shower mechanism is not quite right, lighting in bathroom is a little off, some room finishes are very tired, etc. It's apparent management is not doing periodic checks of their assets. Very clean rooms and friendly service.
Every thing was fine in my room, except there was not enough light in the eating area or in the main room. It needs another lamp.
Was there for a conference at another hotel. Accommodations were clean, spacious and our floor was very quiet. Breakfast was included, with a good selection. When we called front desk, they promptly brought up clean towels and offered to remove trash. Adjacent parking is a plus!
