WiFi is spotty. A member of our party changed hotels to be able to access the Internet for work. No breakfast is offered, even a continental which shouldn’t be that difficult given the low number of rooms rented. Hotel has not been updated in years. The rooms were relatively clean but tired. Lack of electrical receptacles. The lobby is impressive. Many rooms are ‘offline’ not rentable. Outside access doors are not secure, broken locks. Not a good value.
The hotel is clean and quiet but outdated. No breakfast, not even continental. Staff was friendly.
We have stayed here over the years pretty often and I hate to say it but this will be my last time. We arrived late afternoon to grab keys to our room before heading to a late night services for a funeral when we returned after midnight the room was very cold and we turned the heat on, we then started to get ready for bed and found lots of long black hair in the bath hub along with more all over the bathroom. We pulled back the covers to crawl into bed and found more hair in the bed! so we slept on top of the covers. We only had a few hours to rest before going to the funeral @ 7 am so we thought we'd just make due. The heater never shut off even after we turned it down several times, I finally got up afer four am and unplugged it as it wouldn't shut off. so after paying $150 for maybe two three hrs sleep We will not be returning.

There was mayhem with all the hotels, flights, banking, etc., because of the Cloudstrike/Microsoft outage. Oliver and the rest of the staff were very concerned with making everyone happy. Oliver is a gem!
