Clean and quiet.
Parking was reasonable and seemless. Beds are very comfortable, rooms very clean and all the wallpaper seems new.
No running water, staff wasn’t informed, no one had any idea what was happening. Water mains break, but you have to inform your staff about the plan to manage it. Low level staff members were excellent, mind you.
Got three diff ans to breakfast tines. beds are TOO SOFT! Couldbt get early check in..tv never worked! Reoair guy was a painter.no experience on tv. Another room? Are u kidding!
Only there for one night. Check in was a breeze, room was clean and comfortable and check out was also easy.

Small issues like TV not connecting to Internet (maintenance did fix quickly), toilet seat not secured and GFCI tripped before we used it.
The night manager only offered to waive parking fee for my inconvenience. Totally unacceptable. My problem wasn't the parking; it was with room accommodations. Should have been offered a room reduction as I decided to leave. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member.
We live in the northern area of the hotel close to Pa. and my husband had a necessary surgery coming up the day of a Ice storm coming in, making it difficult to drive and so we decided we needed to be close to the surgery location and the Sheraton made that possible because they were next door and they were able to put us up for the night. If we would ever be traveling and needed to stay over, we would look for a Sheraton.
We have been here last year and the room looked better.
We have stayed at this hotel several times, only because it is close to a relative that we visit, but considering it's part of a large chain, our stays have been disappointing. First, there is never anyone to greet us outside and no one ever asks if we need help with our luggage. One evening we had to go inside and get the luggage cart outserves and then push it up to our room. At 8 o'clock one evening, there was no one behind the registration desk. We had to wait and finally knocked on the adjacent door to get help. Also, on our last stay, during cold weather, the room didn't have a very warm blanket. In addition, when we made the reservation, we were told it included breakfast, but we then found out it didn't. They could do a lot better.
This is a delightfully designed and very professionally run hotel with amenities of high quality and an especially pleasant large indoor pool.

We were welcomed on arrival and our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a breeze and food in the restaurant was excellent and moderately priced. This is our go to place when in Towson Md.
