Beautiful hotel. Amazing check in. Fabulous room, very clean and well appointed. Loved all the plugs and USB ports everywhere. Drink service at lobby bar was friendly and professional as was the morning breakfast buffet. Food was delicious. We were there for a 90th birthday party which was held at the hotel. Excellent food,ambience and service. All in all, a first class hotel! Thank for a wonderful time!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our staycation here. The staff was very kind, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, both in the lobby and in our room. It’s also conveniently located near many stores for essentials and a wide variety of restaurants, ranging from fast food to fine dining. We will definitely be back to enjoy another stay.

I’m 90 years old and had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs to get to and from my room one day as no elevators were working. The staff was amazing in their treatment of customers (particularly Alicia). They definitely care about service but management doesn’t seem to support them. In addition to the elevator not working, I was unable to get change for a $20 bill at the desk or the bar. In addition, I only received room service two out of the three days I stayed here. The room lighting is really poor. You have to turn on two lamps, a ceiling fixture to get the room lit.
I found the staff to be very professional, very customer oriented and great positive attitudes. The room was very nice except for the poor lighting. The elevators broke and I had to walk 6 floors. At 90 years of age, this was a bit hard for me. There was no manager on the premises to instruct the desk clerks on what to do and they weren’t trained for such an emergency. I felt really bad for them as they wanted to do the right thing but didn’t know what to do.
