Place was clean. Staff was polite. One problem I had was when I got my room key I was told it could be used to get out of the parking garage but not told how and not told I had to use it for the elevator. While trying to use the elevator another guest helped me figure it and out and mentioned she didn’t know either until someone showed her. This is something that should be mentioned by the front desk when getting keys.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Toilet very low, shower door would not stay closed.
Yes- if an overnight Guest want to help minimize the use of water and soaps that have an effect on the environment- and they choose to not have their guest room cleaned, they are awarded 500 extra SPG Points or a $5 Food Credit.
