This was our first stay at a Sleep Inn and Suite Hotel. The hotel was a spotless, clean, modern hotel. The location was close to 64 East at Cross Lanes South Charleston WV. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, I would recommend this hotel. It was a very reasonable price. Thank you.
The people above us were up all night and it sounded like they were jumping up and down on the beds and then jumping off the beds onto the floor.
Bathroom was too small.
Other than being a busy place it was a good hotel.
We have all LED or florescent bulbs throughout the property - inside and out. We use the "conserve water" program by giving our guests the option of re-using towels and not having sheets changed daily. We have paper recycling bins available.

I just had knee surgery and Mike moved me to a closer room after he saw how much trouble I was having walking. At breakfast Art helped me get up from the table and helped me on my way! Great staff! Nice accommodations.
However, I made the reservations online because I could not find a local number in West Virginia to call them and I got raped so to speak I was charged $187.04 per night and one of the people at the staff desk informed me that I was overcharged about $35 I have contacted The reservation desk and I expect to hear from them and if I don’t, I am going to blast their reservations on Facebook as being very, very bad.
The staff at the front desk was amazing. The room was excellent as far as cleanliness and what we needed. We will definitely stay here again. In fact, we already have reservations for 27 December to return to our home in Virginia.
Front desk attendant was so kind and helped so much I think his name was Michael really nice guy.
Room was extremely clean. Staff were pleasant. Very Accommodating!
The room was good. The mini fridge did not work. It was advertised that a shuttle to the casino was available but upon arriving we were informed that since Covid they do not shuttle. This was very disappointing.
