I have had a very odd experience with my reservation. Andrew has been helpful however now it is back on my shoulders to resolve. We stayed for my nine year old baseball tournament. He was exposed to some odd behavior which was on the fence of being sexual exposure at the pool on Friday evening. The room was clean and we made the best of the experience as this was our first out of town between the two of us.
Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Kudos to Allie at the Latitiude Bar. She was personable and friendly. Very professional and very good at her job. Great job Allie. Thanks, MikeJ.
