We were visiting family and stayed at your lovely hotel for three nights. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels and personal care products available.
Fine for one night. Clean, nice shower with hot water, comfy bed. Con: breakfast is surcharge, not quiet, could hear music from party, asked for two doubles, but got one king. Female desk worker, not particularly friendly at check in, male desk worker was nicer. Overall okay for one night.
When I arrived at the hotel I checked in under my name and was given a room. When I checked out I found the there was another reservation in my name and I was charged a $140 no sho fee. Not good customer service at all. I was never asked about the other reservation until I checked out. All other reservations in my name were cancelled before I arrived at the hotel. Plus the front dest person was rude.
Great, friendly customer service and an outstanding King Suite room!
