Great location, to walk around and for restaurants, didn't need car much.
Front desk staff very pleasant.We had a gorgeous view of the water and boats. So nice to sit outside the hotel along the dock. We come to your place every year. Thank you for your hospitality.
Friendly, helpful staff. An intimate setting along with excellent location next to Bowen’s Wharf made for an awesome few days in Newport.

Very friendly staff at this hotel. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Easy place to stay to walk around all through Newport. Great restaurant and bar at the hotel also. Enjoyed it very much!
Nice hotel, great staff. Very convenient location.
Quality was very low. Bathroom with peeling, moldy ceiling and water in tub did not drain. Heard a guest in another room snoring all night sounded like it was in MY room and I was alone! Breakfast in restaurant in hotel was poorly staffed resulting in very long wait times not fault of the very few people working there. Problem with room key cards given four and told to try all. Understand that Newport in Summer is pricey, but expected a decent place to stay while attending a wedding. Needs a total rehab….
This property is in need of a complete redo. Old furniture, door frames need painting. Halls are dark. $650 for one night and a Budget Motel may have been better. Could hear people in other rooms. I think they should take it down and rebuild.
