Enjoyable girls get away! Check in was efficient and staff were very friendly. They asked us what our reason was for visiting so they knew what experiences we were looking for and they made suggestions. We spent time around the pool and it was very relaxing then had supper in the restaurant which was very good and again served by excellent wait staff. At check out we needed a copy of the bar bill from the pool and the front desk was very helpful!
We enjoyed our stay. Relaxing by the pool and received such wonderful treatment in the Spa. It was a very relaxing weekend.
The staff was personable and friendly. The property was well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet places to talk and catch up. Our spa day was professional and everything we were hoping for. Quinn is a great ambassador who made us feel like we were old friends visiting for a spell.

I got in late but was still able to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail before bed. The room was so nice, comfortable and accommodating. I will definitely be back and would love to take some time to enjoy the spa area.
The Elms is absolutely glorious inside and out. The staff are super friendly and willing to help with any questions. Our room was pristine with all the necessary amenities. I look forward to coming back and hopefully using some of their services such as the spa.
The window had a crack and it was leaking cold air. Other than that it was a lovely stay.
We stayed on the 5th floor.. the stay was awesome.. we will be going back again soon.

Rooms are very dated. No refrigerator, microwave. Toiletries weren't refilled. Empty. Staff very friendly. Crowded spa. No room to sit or relax. For the amount spent I've enjoyed other venues much better.
