everyone was very helpful and went the extra mile to be sure our vacation was a wonderful experience.
The staff at the Renaissance Hotel were very professional and helpful. They upgraded our room to a suite once they found out I had just proposed to my fiancee. They also brought up complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to congratulate our engagement. What a nice surprise! The room was clean and we had a full view of the harbor. I would definitely stay there again 👍🏼 Thank you to all the Renaissance Staff for making my fiancee and our stay memorable.

The view was amazing!
Toilet issues and clogged sink. Annoying soccer family’s no chance to use the pool. Hot tub shut down all weekend.
The staff are impeccable especially Rondell, who was very warm and friendly. The location is the best in the harbor in my opinion, with beautiful views! This hotel is spotless and has beautifully appointed rooms. I can’t wait to return!
From front desk, the coffee bar,the restaurant, the generous room and the parking and geographic convenience to Inner Harbor.
We stayed and attended a wedding in the hotel. The bellmen were very helpful and kind. Great location. Nice upscale hotel.
