Bed felt amazing. Room good and cold.

There were red stuff on the wall, sheets had pube hair on them. I try to call front desk, the phone didn’t have a phone line connected, it was around 11pm I had to go to front desk gave them the phone told them of situation including the pube hair and dirty room. The woman gave me clean sheets to change myself. All the lampshades were damaged and had red smears on them. Balcony door was screwed shut and it looked like bugs and spiders had made its forever home on it. I really thought it would be a beautiful hotel to stay at. I was definitely disappointed.

This hotel was beautiful and great.

Front desk person very rude. Reservation made through the hotel directly, two rooms different names. One name was entered incorrectly by your staff and was told I would need to call the original number called because they assumed it was from a third party like Expedia (their words}. When calling number and selecting reservations it rang continuously. All this while other people were checking in. Finally, another agent at the desk said she would take care of it. The hotel itself was very poor. Dirty carpets with large ripples in carpet (trip hazards) in the hallway. They looked as though they had not been cleaned for some time. This was confirmed by the dirty carpets in the room as well as the tile floors being not mopped in some time. This has been the dirtiest hotel I have ever spent the night at and will not ever return.

The property and decor is nice. The room is just average. The beds are junk. They have no support and sag in the middle.

Room was very clean and very affordable, needed two regular coffee grounds not one. Now to the casino. We play penny slots and I noticed there is a large amount of just the lion machines. Need different types to draw more people. Was clean, we waited until we got here ( no lunch or dinner) to eat, what a disappointment only inside grill to eat at. Was good, but not what we were planning on.

Enjoyed staying at the Hollywood. Room was very nice. Celebrity Cafe was nice.

Hotel needs better mattresses. We checked out in order to get a good nights sleep.

We drove from Hammond La to have a great time because we heard great things bout the casino but turn out we was very disappointed how we was treated,the next morning the lady at the front desk gave me such n hard time getting a different room after of hours of waiting she finally moved me to room 589 which was much better,I wouldn’t highly recommend any one Hollywood of Ms.

I was very pleased with our room. Having never stayed at this property. Room was clean. Smelled fresh and over all I was happy.

The stay was delightful. The people there are wonderful, especially "Reba" in the restaurant. The rooms are getting a little run down, but still very comfortable.

Room was extremely clean. Staff were pleasant.

Overall it was a decent stay. I enjoyed the amenities of the coffee shop and other restaurants that were at the hotel.

The hotel was a great experience.

Check in was great and housekeeper was on point!

Cook could not fulfilled a 64$ food order correctly. the best aspect of the stay was the pool.
