At the end of the day, I wanted to treat my friends to a weekend at South Shore Harbor. The facilities have been well maintained. The staff was helpful. I really enjoyed. I was just there one night, but I it was like I had a weeks vacation.

The resort was relaxing and the service at the hotel was great!
Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly, and the pool was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a staycation for my fiancé, and we both really enjoyed how this place felt like a getaway while still being close to everything.
Wish I talked to a front desk attendant rather than an operator that made plenty of mistakes and nothing was done about it. Yet I got a room with two beds rather than one. When I arrived to check in have two rooms. Overall just annoyed with the process.
Staff was nice. Clean hotel with easy parking. Housekeeping was responsive.
I tried to cancel due to weather issues ahead of the date required. Nobody could find my reservation even when presenting them with a reservation / confirmation number. I emailed four times with only a auto response. But I was charged the amount and then sent emails asking for this review.
