Awesome Hotel. Right on Riverwalk. We were there for Air Force graduation. 15 minute drive to Lackland and same from the airport. Got a King Suite. Worked out great to accommodate everyone to entertain at night. It’s like a one bedroom apartment. Rooms are decorated nice. Everything within walking distance. The Alamo and lots of food choices. If we’re in San Antonio again this is where we will be staying.
Room size for three was spacious. Comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is perfect.

Clean, fresh and the check in was great, AJ and ABBAs were super helpful!
Hotel was very nice. Enjoyed the bar, drinks and snacks. These are the issues we experienced. Phones did not work in the room, had to go down to the front desk. No extra blankets are in the room. The queso was cold and the chips were stale that we ordered from the wait staff at bar. The water pressure was fluctuating at 11 p.m. and in the morning at 8:45 a.m. There is one remote for two TVs.
From the start to the finish everyone on the staff seemed to be on the same page and our stay was Christmas perfect! Thank you so much! We'll be back!
