My husband had a medical emergency in Denali and was transported to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital via ambulance. Late on July 9th when he was discharged from the ER, we were in need of accommodations. Thankfully, the Bridgewater had availability and we booked a two night stay. The young man that was on duty when we arrived was so gracious and accommodating maybe he saw the exhaustion on my face! As a wife who spent several hours in the ER, I cannot tell you how much that was appreciated. I requested just one additional pillow and he immediately accommodated my request a pillow and a pillowcase! He was wonderful. I was at my breaking point and his kindness was very much appreciated.
Not many amenities, staff was excellent.
Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice. Coffee bar in lobby was very well stocked with a great variety of selections. Nothing super fancy but met our needs.

The bed was comfortable after a long day of travel. The free pick up from the airport was wonderful and the front desk staff was super nice.
