Worse place I have ever stayed in ,non smoking but smelt like cigarettes and roaches when I woke up to go the bathroom.not only do they charge you 121.00 when u call and book it they also charge you another 60.00 when you check in..worst place ever won't ever stay there again.
I asked for an extra pillow for my head and was told NO.
The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The people here are very nice, making it a pleasure to stay.
I requested a handicapped room. To begin with the phone did not work to call the front desk or to get an outside line. My husband just was discharged from a medical rehab facility and was extremely cold. The heater did not work. Guess it was because of the outside temp. However when the temps did drop the heater will come on and then immediately off. We had to request additional blankets. The only bright spot was the bed was extremely comfortable. The desk clerk on check out was very rude and did not really care to hear my complaints. There was a pool but was told it is closed indefinitely. Did not try the breakfast as it was only open til 9 … would have been nice if it was open to 10, especially on the weekends. Overall, I would not recommend this location nor will we return There are plenty of hotels on this road to choose from. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to air my thoughts.
